The Molokai is just 80 feet from the beach where you'll enjoy impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. The Molokai is an affordable hotel-room size vacation rental studio (300+ sf) with private bath and large tiled lanai overlooking our courtyard & ocean beyond. The Molokai features a remodeled and modern kitchen with granite countertops, stove/range, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you nead to prepare complete meals. The dining area, located on your adjacent private tiled lanai, has a table & seating for four with lovely ocean views. Beyond your lanai is a courtyard with custom made stone BBQ pits, a hot tub, and a hot+cold outdoor shower. The living area of this vacation rental is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys ocean views. The Molokai has a queen size bed with new Sealy pillow top mattress, TV armoire, and dining area for two. The recently remodeled bath features a large shower & pedestal sink. The suite has ultra quite mini-split airconditioning with remote and a ceiling fan although it is rarely needed as this vacation rental enjoys cool tropical breezes year around.
Relax on our beach (just 80 feet away) or on your private tiled lanai with dining table (seating for four) and chaise lounge chairs. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub in the courtyard. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. We charge a flat rate of $1,120.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $2,240.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
All rates quoted are based upon two (2) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Maximum occupancy for this suite is 2 persons, no exceptions.
One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation rental unless stated otherwise. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.
A one-time, non-refundable $60.00 cleaning fee is added to all reservations.
