Our May 2013 specials are now availabe.  Rent any of the vacation rentals listed below with an arrival date between May 1 and 30, 2013 and we'll take 15% off the advertised nightly rental rate.  Note:  if you make your reservation online the system will not automatically apply the discount.  Don't worry, however, becasue we'll apply the discount on our end before approving the reservation.

Repeat Guest Discount: For all guests who have stayed with us in the past and are coming to visit us again, we offer to you a special 10% discount for choosing to be our guest again!  This discount is applied to regular reservations only and cannot be combined with the monthly specials above.  This discount is not available for reservations covering Christmas & New Years.

Length of Stay: The longer you stay the more you save.  We offer steep discounts for guests staying more than 5, 7, or 14 nights...up to 25% off.  These discounts are already pre-programmed into our reservations system and vary from property to property.

Discounts, other than for length of stay, must be modified by us AFTER we receive your reservation request, therefore don't be alarmed if your reservation request/invoice shows an amount without these discounts. To have these discounts applied you must either email or call us after you submit your reservation request as they will not be applied automatically.
